F45 Challenge Meals
The F45 challenge is a nutrition and training program focused on holistic well-being. The combination of F45’s style of training and the challenge meal plan is designed to help members transform their lives. AZ Fit Kitchen is thrilled to use our skill set, insights, commercial kitchen and staff to assist our partners in offering a local alternative for their meal prep needs during and after the 45-day challenge.
Our meals are freshly prepared and ready for pickup or delivery every Wednesday or Saturday at the following locations:

- Rock Solid Climbing
- Local Delivery in Tucson
For this challenge, you can order the initial subscription at any time before midnight on Monday, August 23rd to start that week, your order will be renewed every week until September 22nd for Saturday orders or September 26th for Wednesday orders.

Our Keto box follows the ketogenic diet, which is a very low carb, high fat diet that shares many similarities with the Atkins and low carb diets. It involves drastically reducing carbohydrate intake and replacing it with fat. This reduction in carbs puts your body into a metabolic state called ketosis.
